Brow Micropigmentation

Brows that hold their shape — without looking done.

One precise technique, built around how your brows already grow, so the result reads as your own hair, not a shape drawn on top of it.

Brow micropigmentation deposits pigment into the upper layer of skin to add density, shape, or definition — for brows that have thinned with age, been over-plucked, or never quite filled in the way you wanted. We offer four techniques, depending on what your brows need: nano hair strokes, hybrid brows, ombre brows, or color correction & shape for previous work.

Our Techniques

EYEBROW TECHNIQUES

Every set of brows — from a fresh brow to one correcting previous PMU work — starts with a virtual evaluation and consultation.

📋 Start by filling out the Pre-Evaluation Form in Step 1 below

Nano Hair Strokes

Completed nano hair strokes eyebrow result

Nano hair strokes are created with a digital machine and a single nano needle, drawing ultra-fine lines that mimic the look of natural eyebrow hair. Because each stroke is placed by machine rather than a hand-held blade, the technique is more precise and less traumatic to the skin than traditional microblading.

The result is a set of seamless, realistic strokes that blend closely with your natural brow hair, rather than sitting on top of it like a drawn-on shape.

Compared to traditional microblading, nano hair strokes cause less skin damage, heal more quickly, and hold their shape for longer before a color refresh is needed.

Best for
Sparse, uneven, or over-plucked brows, and anyone who wants definition without a heavier, filled-in look. Good candidates typically have dry to combination skin.

How it's done
Digital machine and a single nano needle, drawing strokes that mimic natural eyebrow hair

Result
Seamless, realistic strokes that blend closely with your existing brow hair

Vs. microblading
Less skin damage, quicker healing, and longer-lasting results than traditional microblading

Longevity
Fair maintenance

Session time
Approximately 2–2.5 hours, including mapping and color matching

Touch-up
One included touch-up session, scheduled once healing is complete

Hybrid Brows

Hybrid brows combine two techniques in a single set of brows. At the front, we place nano hair strokes that mimic the look of natural hair; moving toward the tail, that transitions into soft gradient shading for a subtle, transparent powder finish.

The result is a brow that looks like real hair at the front and builds gradually into soft, defined color through the tail — more dimension than strokes alone, without ever looking flat or fully powdered.

Blending the two techniques seamlessly is a highly technical, precision-demanding process — one of the more advanced techniques we offer.

Best for
Dry to combination skin, and anyone wanting more definition through the brow tail than nano strokes alone provide

How it's done
Nano hair strokes at the front, blended into soft gradient shading toward the tail

Result
A natural-to-defined gradient — realistic strokes up front, subtle transparent shading through the rest of the brow

Vs. nano alone
More fullness and definition, especially through the tail, while keeping a natural-looking front

Longevity
Low maintenance

Session time
Approximately 2–2.5 hours, including mapping and color matching

Touch-up
One included touch-up session, scheduled once healing is complete

Ombre Brows

Completed ombre powder brows result

Ombre brows create a soft, defined, shaded look — a full, makeup-filled brow with a gradient effect that's lighter at the front and gradually deepens toward the tail.

Unlike nano hair strokes or hybrid brows, ombre is fully shaded rather than stroke-based, giving a soft, powdered finish rather than individual hair-like lines.

This technique offers long-lasting results across any skin type, with low maintenance to keep it looking fresh.

Best for
Any skin type, including oily skin — the shaded gradient holds up well where fine strokes tend to blur

How it's done
Soft gradient shading, lighter at the front and deepening toward the tail, for a full, makeup-filled brow

Result
A soft, defined, shaded brow with a smooth gradient — no individual strokes

Vs. nano & hybrid
Fully shaded rather than stroke-based; suits every skin type and needs less upkeep

Longevity
Low maintenance

Session time
Approximately 2–2.5 hours, including mapping and color matching

Touch-up
One included touch-up session, scheduled once healing is complete

Color Correction & Shape

After

For brows with previous microblading or permanent makeup, we offer a dedicated color and shape correction technique. We begin by evaluating the symmetry of your existing brows and the pigment already implanted in your skin, accounting for your natural melanin levels and undertone.

From that evaluation, we build a customized correction plan — drawing on colorimetry and pigmentology, and using methods such as hypertonic saline removal when needed — to neutralize unwanted color and correct asymmetry, bringing your brows back to a natural, balanced result.

Best for
Brows with previous microblading or PMU that resulted in asymmetry or an unwanted color

How it's done
Evaluation of existing brow symmetry and implanted pigment, followed by a customized plan using colorimetry and pigmentology — with hypertonic saline removal used when pigment needs to be lifted

Result
Corrected color and improved symmetry, tailored to what's already in your skin

Session time & touch-up
Varies by case, depending on the existing pigment and correction needed

Questions

FAQs

How do I know which technique fits me best?

That's exactly why the Pre-Evaluation Form matters. It allows our specialist to assess your brows and goals, and build a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Does it hurt?

We prioritize your comfort throughout the procedure by using two different numbing creams: one formulated for closed, intact skin before we begin, and a second formulated for open skin once treatment starts — keeping you comfortable through the entire session.

How long does the healing process take for my eyebrows to be fully healed?

Full healing takes up to four weeks. No corrections or adjustments can be made before this time, as your skin needs this full period to settle and reveal the final result.

After I leave the studio, what will my eyebrows look and feel like?

Immediately after your procedure, the color will appear noticeably darker, sharper, and more intense than the final result. The treated area may also feel similar to a mild sunburn.

Why are my eyebrows peeling, and what's happening to the pigment?

As your skin regenerates, light flaking or peeling is a normal part of the healing process. It's important not to pick at the flakes, as doing so can affect your final result. Underneath, the pigment may temporarily appear faded or seem to have disappeared — this is expected, not a sign that anything has gone wrong.

Why do I have to come back after my first eyebrow service?

It allows us to correct any uneven spots and ensure a seamless, polished result once your skin has fully healed.

Your first touch-up is included in the cost of your initial PMU service, but it's only valid if scheduled within 4 to 6 weeks of your original appointment — this window is essential for the best, longest-lasting results. Touch-ups requested after this period are no longer covered under your original service. We recommend booking your touch-up appointment in advance so you don't miss this window.

This policy applies to first-time eyebrow services without any prior work. Corrective cases are evaluated individually, as timing may vary.
